Are these pieces really handmade?

Yes - every piece is made by hand by a named artisan or craft collective. That is why no two are identical, and why small variations in colour and finish are normal.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days, and most deliveries across India arrive within a week of dispatch. You will get a confirmation when your parcel goes out.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that a flat fee of ₹149 applies. Cash on delivery carries an extra ₹49 handling fee.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to return most pieces, unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for the full details.

My piece arrived damaged. What now?

Email support@kalakraft.com within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is quoted at checkout, and any customs duties in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Is it safe to pay on this site?

Yes. The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by our payment provider - your card and UPI details never touch our servers.

Do you take custom orders?

Often, yes - many of our artisans accept commissions. Email support@kalakraft.com with what you have in mind and we will see who can make it.

How do I know the artisans are paid fairly?

We buy directly from artisans and collectives at prices they set, with no middlemen. Each product page names the maker behind the piece.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Sign in and open your account to see every order and its current status, or use the tracking link in your dispatch email.
