This website is owned and operated by Daljeet Singh, sole proprietor trading as KalaKraft. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Daljeet Singh.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order.

Products and handmade variation

Every piece on this site is handmade. Small differences in colour, grain, finish and dimensions are inherent to handmade work and are not defects - they are the reason these pieces are worth owning.

Product photographs are taken as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and the piece you receive may differ slightly in shade.

We describe materials and dimensions as accurately as we can. Stated sizes are approximate.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If a piece is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund. We may cancel an order in that situation.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card and UPI payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full payment details.

Cash on delivery may carry an additional handling fee, shown before you confirm.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us straight away if anything has arrived damaged.

Returns

You may return most pieces within 15 days - see our Refund & Cancellation policy for the full details and the exceptions.

Your account

You can check out as a guest. Every order - guest or not - is linked to the mobile number you verify at checkout, and an account is created for that number so your orders are easy to track. Signing in with the same number shows all of them, including orders placed before you first signed in.

Customer sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time code sent to it. Keep your phone and the codes we text you to yourself - anyone with both can access your account.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break its security, and do not scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

All photographs, artwork descriptions, logos and page content on this site belong to us or to the artisans we work with, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Jamshedpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
