• Free shipping on orders over ₹1,499 across India.
• Below that, a flat ₹149 shipping fee applies.
• Cash on delivery requires no advance payment. The full order total, including any delivery charge, is due on delivery.
• Pieces are dispatched from the artisan's workshop within 2–4 business days.

Made to order: no returns or cancellations

Paintings are made to order. Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled for a change of mind.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact support@kalakraft.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
