This website is owned and operated by Daljeet Singh, sole proprietor trading as KalaKraft. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only ask for what an order actually needs.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. This is the minimum needed to take payment, pack your parcel and get it to you.

If you create an account we also store your login email and a securely hashed password - we never store your password itself and cannot read it.

If you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter we keep the email address you give us, along with your message.

Our server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To process, pack and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.

To answer your questions when you write to us.

To send occasional newsletters - only if you asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and technical problems.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners, so they can bring your parcel to your door - they receive your name, address and phone number only.

Payment providers, who handle payment details directly. Card and UPI details are never stored on our servers.

Government authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist. These are needed for the site to work and are not used for advertising.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site (such as checkout) will stop working.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time - write to us and we will action it, apart from records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it.

You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes, and access to the admin panel is restricted and permission-controlled.

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
